ALTER's LoTax: a costed proposal for replacement of Council Tax with Land Value Tax

Chair William Davison and Vice Chair Dr Tony Vickers have produced a presentation and costed proposal for LoTax, which was presented to Libdem MPs in July. LoTax is ALTER's proposal for gradually replacing council tax with a land value tax starting at the top banded properties.
